September 1st - Fully Reserved 

November 3rd - 2 Beef Spots available and 4 Sheep Spots

We are taking reservations for half and whole beef along with whole lamb. Beef prices are $3.8/lb half and $3.6/lb whole based off hanging weight and customer pays for processing from butcher. Whole sheep prices are $5.50/lb hanging weight. Animals for butcher will be taken to Cedar Wedge Meats in Bonduel.
