We charge $3.20/lb hanging weight for a whole beef. The customer is responsible for their portion of butcher processing fees that will be paid to the butcher when they pick up the meat from the butcher. Our butcher is Cedar Wedge Farm Processing located in Bonduel, WI. They charge a $70 kill fee plus $0.70/lb processing fee. The average hanging weight of a whole of beef is 800-1,000lbs and the average total for a half of beef is $3,600. We list the breakdown of the price below. Special Note is that the $300 deposit is to hold your reservation for the half of beef and will count towards your final payment.

1) Payment to Ski Farms LLC: $3.20 per lb hanging weight for a whole comes out to $2,880 ($300 up front and then $2,580 after we drop the animal off at the butcher and recieve the hanging weight from the butcher)
